Office Hours

We will always work to accommodate your scheduling needs. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The waiting room in our main office is shown to the left.

The office hours in our satellite offices are flexible so please inquire if you are interested in visiting either one of those offices. We do reserve time in our schedule for emergency visits but we find we can serve you best when you are able to schedule an appointment in advance. If you find it necessary to reschedule your appointment, please try to call us the day before so that we can offer your time to someone who may be waiting.

Dr. Martin sees patients at both the San Diego and Poway offices.

Drs Bridge and Kessler see patients at the San Diego office only.

Initial Visit

On your initial visit, please bring the following items:

• Completed Patient Forms
• Identification
• Insurance card(s)
• Written referral form, if required
• List of medications you are taking
• Pertinent test results

Also, be prepared to share your medical history with our physicians. This will include any medical conditions you have or may have had in the past, surgical history, any medications (prescription or over-the-counter) you are currently taking (include name, dosage and frequency), and any allergies you have to medications or foods.

Insurance

We believe that everyone should have access to affordable healthcare services, and are dedicated to keeping our fees as low as possible. Our physicians participate in the Medicare program and accept assignment of payment so you can avoid having to wait for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses. In addition, we accept most major health plans and work with a number of HMO and PPO products. As a courtesy, our office staff will verify our participation in your insurance plan prior to your appointment, and will file your insurance forms for you after you come in. We will bill you for any remaining charges not covered by your insurance policy.
